Journey Through Jewellery ships carefully and thoughtfully, ensuring each piece arrives safely and in keeping with the care taken to create it.
As a small, independent studio, orders are prepared and dispatched in small batches.
United Kingdom
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail using a tracked service, chosen depending on the value of the piece.
Orders under £75 are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24, charged at £6. Tracking is supplied from dispatch to delivery.
Orders over £75 are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery, offering enhanced security and tracking for higher-value pieces. UK delivery is £10, with complimentary delivery on orders of £150 and above.
Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days. Made-to-order pieces require additional time for creation; this will be clearly stated on the individual product page.
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
United States
Orders to the United States are sent via Royal Mail using an international tracked service.
Applicable duties are calculated and collected at checkout and are paid through our delivery service. Additional customs charges would not normally be expected upon delivery; however, any charges applied independently by customs or other authorities remain outside the control of Journey Through Jewellery.
Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days. Made-to-order pieces require additional time for creation; this will be clearly stated on the individual product page.

Canada
Orders to Canada are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.
Duties, taxes and other import charges are not collected at checkout and may be applied when your order enters Canada. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the relevant customs authorities.

European Union
At present, Journey Through Jewellery does not ship to the European Union while the necessary product safety and compliance requirements are being finalised.
We hope to offer EU shipping in the future and appreciate your understanding in the meantime.
Items in Your Basket
Placing an item in your basket does not reserve it.
An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and a confirmation email has been sent. As many Journey Through Jewellery pieces are one of a kind, availability cannot be guaranteed until this point.
Delivery & Address Information
Please ensure that all billing and shipping details are correct at the time of checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if delivery is refused, the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred. This may include return shipping, unpaid duties, taxes or tariffs, and any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
