As a small, independent studio, orders are prepared and dispatched in small batches.
United Kingdom
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail using a tracked service, chosen with care depending on the value of the piece.
Orders under £75 are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24, providing tracking from dispatch to delivery.
Orders over £75 are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery, offering enhanced security and tracking for higher-value pieces.
Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days. You will receive tracking details once your order has been sent.
United States
Orders to the United States are sent via Royal Mail using a tracked international service, chosen to ensure each piece arrives safely.
An adjustment of 11% has been included in the price of each item to account for current U.S. import tariffs.
Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processing.
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Orders to the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges once they arrive in the destination country.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not controlled or covered by Journey Through Jewellery. While an adjustment has been included in the item price to account for current U.S. tariffs, customs policies and charges may change, and additional costs may still apply.

European Union
At present, Journey Through Jewellery does not ship to the European Union.
We are in the process of finalising the necessary product safety and compliance requirements and hope to offer EU shipping in the future. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Items in Your Basket
Placing an item in your basket does not reserve it.
An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and a confirmation email has been sent. As each piece is one of a kind, availability cannot be guaranteed until this point.
Delivery & Address Information
Please ensure that all billing and shipping details are correct at the time of checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if delivery is refused, the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred, including return shipping, unpaid duties, taxes, or tariffs.
Journey Through Jewellery cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information being provided. Any additional shipping costs required to resend an order will be the responsibility of the customer.
