Journey Through Jewellery creates one-of-a-kind pieces, each made with care and intention. For this reason, returns and refunds are handled thoughtfully and on a case-by-case basis.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Cancellations & Amendments

If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.

Due to the small-batch nature of our work and the prompt processing of orders, cancellations or amendments cannot be guaranteed once this 24-hour window has passed or once an order has entered preparation.

Please note that any transaction or payment processing fees charged by third-party providers are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of the item and its packaging where possible. This allows us to assess the issue and, if necessary, raise it with the courier.

If an item needs to be returned for inspection or repair, it must be sent back using a tracked service. Return instructions will be provided once contact has been made.

In cases where damage is found to be the result of misuse or wear, a refund or replacement may not be offered.

Refunds

Refunds are considered in line with the terms outlined below.

Refunds are not available on:

Bespoke or commissioned pieces

Personalised or engraved items

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

International orders, unless agreed in advance

Any item showing signs of wear or damage after delivery

Bespoke and commissioned work is created specifically for the individual and is therefore non-refundable under all circumstances, unless an item is found to be faulty.

United Kingdom Refunds 

If a return is agreed for a UK order, items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original condition and packaging, and unworn.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service, as Journey Through Jewellery cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

International Refunds

For international orders, returns may be accepted within  14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, and returned securely.

Return shipping costs, along with any customs duties, taxes, or import charges incurred, are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Journey Through Jewellery.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a fully tracked service, as Journey Through Jewellery cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit.

Incorrect Address or Refused Delivery

Please ensure that all billing and shipping details are correct at the time of checkout.

Journey Through Jewellery cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred, including return shipping, unpaid duties, taxes, or tariffs, and any additional fees required to resend the item.

Ring Sizing

Each ring is made in a specific size, which is clearly listed on the product page.

Please ensure you select the correct size before placing your order. If you are unsure of your ring size, we recommend having your finger measured by a local jeweller prior to purchasing.
